摘  要:采用4-氨基-3-联氨-5-巯基-1,2,4-三氮杂茂为原料合成6-巯基-5-三氮杂茂[4,3-b]-S-四氮杂苯,并配成0至1000 mg/L标准色列.采用三氮杂茂快速检测方法测定食品中甲醛含量,用乙酰丙酮比色检测方法对三氮杂茂快速检测方法的检测结果进行验证,符合率在64%~95%.6-Mercapto-5-triazole [ 4,3-b ] -S-tetrazine was synthesized using 4-amino-3-hydrazine-5-mercapto-1,2,4- triazole as raw material. The standard eolour series were made from 6-mereapto-5-triazole[4,3-b]-S-tetrazine, their scope ranged from 0 to 1000 mg/L. The content of formaldehyde in foods was determined by 6-mereapto-5-triazole[4,3-b] -S-tet- razine based rapid detection method. The verification results of 6-mereapto-5-trlazole[4,3-b]-S-tetrazine based rapid detection method were conducted by comparing with aeetylaeetone colorimetric method,and the accordant ratio ranged from 64% to 95%.
