摘　　要：警察谋略,是警察为执行其法定职责,针对各种对抗法律和警察执行职责的人和事,而进行的方法策略性思维谋划活动。其实质,在于通过高水平的“斗智”活动,以最小的代价,最佳的方式,合法高效地打击各种违法犯罪活动。警察谋略的成功运用,必以深厚的现代哲学功底为基础。Police strategy is strategic thinking activity done by police to execute legal responsibilities against all kinds of persons or matters confronting laws and police executing responsibilities. Its essence lies in fighting all kinds of criminal activities effectively and legally with least price and best ways through highlevel ＂battle of wits＂. The successful application of police strategy must be based on modem philosophical theories to expand modem policy strategic thinking.
