摘　　要：目的 探讨肝脏转移性肿瘤的CT表现特征。方法 收集21例肝脏转移性肿瘤病例，原发肿瘤包括：乳腺癌6例、胃癌4例、结肠癌3例、食管癌3例、胰腺癌3例、卵巢癌1例、甲状腺癌1例。结果 CT表现：平扫表现为肝内单发或多发圆形或分叶状肿块．大多表现为低密度，边界多模糊不清；增强扫描可表现为边缘强化或无强化。结论 大多数肝脏转移瘤的密度低于肝实质，多发弥漫分布．边界比较清楚。Objective To evaluate CT manifestations of Liver neoplasm mestastases.Methods Collected 21 cases with Liver neoplasm mestatases including primary neoplasm as breast cancer 6 cases, stomach cancer 4 cases, colonic cancer 3 cases, esophagus cancer 3 cases, pancreatic cancer 3 cases, ovarian cancer 1 case, thyroid cancer 1 case, Rusults The main CT features：single or multiple round or multi- cobar tumor in the liver wt CT scanning. The majority were low density and obscure verge lesions; In post- contrast CT scanning, enhanced or nonenhanced margin was shown. Conclusions The density of most Liver more clear. neoplasm mestastases are Lower than the Liver and the edgings are more clear.
