摘　　要：立足于深化教学改革,促进学生素质的提高,就要在婚姻家庭继承法的教学中注意教与学的互动,及时更新教材,解除教材陈旧之患;采取多种教学方法和手段,不断提高教学效果;注重理论研究、以科研促进教学水平的提高。To carry a greater reform and cultivate students＇talents, we must concentrate on the interaction of teaching and studying while having family law courses, update textbooks and get rid of outdated teaching materials. We take multi -teaching methods and means so as to improve teaching effect. We also pay attention to theoretical research as a means of advancing the level of teaching.
