摘　　要：分析了反应型供应链的特点,建立了反应型供应链供应商的评价指标体系,并将改进的Electre算法引入到供应商的评价与选择过程当中。通过算例说明所提出的评价指标体系的合理性以及算法的有效性。The article first analyses the characteristics of Responsive Supply Chain and then sets up an index system for evaluation、Moreover, the Electre Algorithm is applied to the process of supplier selection and evaluation. Finally, the article illustratesthe rationality of the index system and the efficiency of the algorithm by way of calculation.
