摘　　要：崇尚言论自由是美国的传统,网络匿名发表言论权作为网络言论自由的一部分,得到了美国法律的尊重。以宪法第一修正案所保护的言论自由为依据,通过判例法的发展,美国法院确认了网络匿名发表言论权,并为其提供额外的程序保护。美国法院的这种探索为人们提供了许多有益的启示。America has been holding freedom of speech in high regard. Right of anonymous speech online as part of freedom of speech online is guaranteed by American law. With the development of case law the American court of justice, in the light of freedom of speech provided for in the First Amendment of the Constitution, establishes right of anonymous speech online and moreover grants it some additional procedural protections. This practice provides us a great deal of enlightment.
