摘　　要：SMT无铅化后无铅焊膏的性能特点、焊点的外形光泽等与传统锡铅共晶焊料相比有很大差别,因此本文论述了SMT无铅化生产线上应用的AOI技术。Compared with traditional eutectic welding materials of tin and lead, the features ancl apperance of lead-free soldering paste is greatly different after the lead in SMT is removed, And then the author of this essay elaborates the application of AOI technology in lead-free production line of SMT.
