摘　　要：本文就领导作用在ISO9001标准中的体现和与该校准的关系,以及在质量管理体系建立和实施中如何充分发挥领导作用进行了探讨。The leadership play an important role in the quality management.This paper introduces the leadership reflected in the ISO9001 standard.Subsequently the essay made detailed between the leadership and the ISO9001 standard and study on the funcation which the leadership play on establishing and implenting in the quality management systems.
