我国中小企业集群网络成长制约探讨

摘　　要：企业网络组织作为一种有序关联的柔性生产方式,其大量出现和盛行充分体现了现代经济系统对于企业间专业化合作的日益强调。集群网络作为最接近于市场的网络组织形式,在现代化生产的重要基础———中小企业中应用得最为广泛。虽不普遍,但我国乡镇中小企业中已出现了此类网络组织的雏形。分析其现行成长模式中的潜在制约,有效地解决这些问题是我国中小企业集群网络成长成熟的关键。Being an orderly conalative flexible production mode, enterprise network organization reflects the increased specialized cooperation among enterprises in modern economics. Clustering network as an organization form dose to market has been widely adopted by small and medium enterprises which serve as the fundation of modern production. In China among the small and medium township enterprises gradually has entre into form this organization, By analyzing the restrictive factors in the current mode of development, this paper seeks the solution to Chinese small and medium enterprises in achieving the growth of clustering network.
