摘　　要：青岛海尔集团的抗“斜坡球”原理是深入人性层面的管理理论,为高校图书馆的人本管理提供了一个崭新的思路。本文把抗“斜坡球”的理论与高校图书馆的管理实际相结合,全面论述了此原理在高校图书馆人本管理中的作用。The principle of ＂Anti-the slope ball＂ theory in Haier g^oup of Qingttao is a management theory that goes deep into humanity, which provides a brand-new idea for librarian management in university library. This paper combines the ＂Anti-the slope ball＂ theory with practical management of university library, and fully analyzes the functions of this theory.
