冲和治疗训练性胃肠神经官能症的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]通过临床观察冲和疗法治疗训练性胃肠神经官能症的疗效,探讨其治疗脏器功能性疾病的有效性和安全性。[方法]对160例胃肠神经官能症患者随机分为冲和治疗组和药物对照组,治疗组80例,采用循经冲和、穴位拔罐、药物温灸的方法;对照组80例,给予口服吗丁啉、舒肝健胃丸或香砂养胃丸、阿普唑伦。临床痊愈后随访观察1年,比较两组的临床疗效和复发率。[结果](1)冲和治疗组显效率和总有效率达 62．50％和91．25％,高于药物对照组,但经统计学处理无显著差异(P>0．05);(2)对照组有效病例随机观察 1年内的复发率34．33％明显高于治疗组12．33％(P<0．01)。[结论]冲和治疗胃肠神经官能症疗效确切,对脏器功能性疾病是一种有效、安全的新方法。[Objective] To analyze the clinical effect of Chonghe Therapy on functional disorders of the digestive system. [Methods] 160 patients of functional disorders of the digestive system were allocated to control group （ n = 80）, which was treated by routine medicine and treatment group （ n = 80）, which was treated by Chonghe Therapy of multiple treatments such as the treatment of TCM （ Traditional Chinese Medicine） and induces non-feeling of the ache like routine methods of acupuncture. [Results] The total effective rate was higher in treatment group （91.25%） as compared with those in control group （83.75%）, but the difference between the two groups was not signifacant statistically （ P 〉 0.05） and recurrence rate in control group （34.33%） was significantly higher as compared with those in treatment group 12.33% （P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] Chonghe Therapy can effectively treat the functional disorders of the digestive System.
