摘 要:[目的]观察复方丹参和胞二磷胆碱对缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)新生小鼠的治疗作用,以指导临床治疗。[方法]7 d龄SD仔鼠,随机分为对照组、模型组、治疗组。治疗组于缺氧后30 min腹腔注射胞二磷胆碱(5 mg/10 g);于缺氧后30 min和12 h腹腔注射复方丹参液,剂量分别为(150 mg/10g、15 mg/10 g),每天给药1次,共3 d。[结果]对照组脑各部位结构及细胞层次清楚。模型组部分神经细胞固缩,胞浆深染,核浓缩,结构及细胞层次紊乱,间质可见渗出的淋巴细胞和反应性增生的胶质细胞,MDA含量高于对照组,SOD活性低于对照组。胞二磷胆碱组脑组织各层次结构不清,仍含较多渗出的淋巴细胞,MDA低于模型组,SOD活性高于模型组。复方丹参液治疗组中150 mg/10 g于缺氧后30 min给予,HIBD新生鼠脑组织各层次清晰,血管内层细胞水肿减轻,淋巴细胞渗出减少,且MDA含量降低,SOD活性增加较15 mg/10g、150 mg/10 g 12 h后给药明显。[结论]复方丹参液、胞二磷胆碱对HIBD新生鼠有治疗作用,尤其复方丹参液早期大剂量疗效更明显。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic action of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae (RSM) and citicoline (CTL) for hypoxioischemic encephalopathy. [Methods] SD young mice, 7 days old, were divided randomly into control, HIBD model and CTL, RSM1, RSM2, RSM′1, RSM′2 groups. CTL group were treated with CTL on dose of 5 mg/10 g intraperitioneally 30 minutes after hypoxia. RSM1 and RSM′1 groups were treated with RSM 150 mg/10 g intraperitioneally 30 min or 12 h after hypoxia. RSM2 and RSM′2 groups were treated on the dose of 15 mg/10 g intraperitioneally immediately or 12 hours after hypoxia. All were treated once a day, lasted for 3 days. [Results] The cerebrostructure and cells of rats in control group were normal. In model group, the nervous cells were acidophilic, parts of cells karyopaknosis, cytoplasm hyperchromic, structure was not clear, and with lymphocyte out of blood vessel and the hyperplasal blood vessel. MDA was significantlyhigher than that of the control group. SOD was lower than control group. In CTL group, the brain structure was not clear, and with lymphocyte out of blood vessel. MDA was significantly lower than that of the model group. SOD was higher than model group. In the Radix salviae mihiorrhizae treatment groups, the cerebrostructure and cells in RSM 1 were clear, edema relieved and the lymphocyte were less than model group. MDA was lower and SOD was higher in RSMI than those in other groups. [Conclusion] The action of Radix salviac mihrorrhizae and citicoline is significant for treating hypoxic - ischemic brain damage. The curative effect is better when large dose of Radix salviae miltrorrhizae is administrated earlier.
