摘　　要：目的观察中枢神经细胞瘤临床、影像特点,探讨有效的综合治疗方法。方法结合国内外文献回顾性分析1996年10月至2005年6月收治的10例(男女各5例)经病理证实的中枢神经细胞瘤的临床资料,阐述其临床、影像特点及治疗方案,进行随访及影像学复查。结果所有病人均有不同程度梗阻性脑积水;手术全切6例,次全切除3例,大部切除1例,无手术死亡。术后光镜结合免疫组化确诊为中枢神经细胞瘤,出院后行局部放疗9例。所有病人随访期间情况良好,生活正常。结论中枢神经细胞瘤临床少见,由于其具复发倾向,应尽可能全切,术后辅以放疗可提高疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical and radiological features of central neurocytomas and define the optimal combined treatment for patients with these rare tumors. Methods Ten cases of central neurocytomas were trealed in our hospital between October 1996 and June 2005,5 cases of were male and 5 eases of were female, including a pregnant woman. We retrospectively analyzed the 10 eases and observed the outeomes of microneurosurgery ＇and rediotherapy. Results Among the 10 cases, total resection was achieved in 6 eases, subtotal removal in 3 and partial ablation in 1. Postoperative radiotherapy was administered for 9. All patients recovered well in the follow - up period. Conclusion Microneurosurgical operation is the first - line treatment for central neurocytoma, postoperative radiotherapy can improve the long - term outcome of the subtotal removal cases.
