摘　　要：目的:通过根管测量仪在桩核修复预备根管中的使用,提高根管预备的适中率。方法:门诊随机测量32个患者71个根管,通过传统预备方法与根管测量仪辅助方法的比较,观察两种方法发现根管预备发生偏差的灵敏度变化。结果:使用根管测量仪的方法发现根管预备偏差的灵敏度高。结论:根管测量仪在桩核修复中能够减少预备偏离。Objective：To raise just right rate of the root-canal preparation of post and core crown by the application of root canal length meter. Methods：Thirty-two cases needing root canal therapy were collected. The intelligent degree of the preparing deviation of root-canal in the preparation of post and core crown was compared between using root canal length meter and traditional method. Results：The intelligent degree by using root canal length meter was more bigger than that of traditional method. Conclusion： The preparing deviation of root-canal in the preparation of post and core crown can be found more earlier by using root canal length meter.
