摘　　要：从我国独立学院的现实状况出发,指出独立学院的资产投资与收益分配权属问题将是制约其良性发展的关键,并就此进行了初步探讨。Based on the realistic situation of independent institute in China, this paper points out that the attribution of assets investment and profit distribution will play a key role in conditioning the favorable development of independent institute and accordingly makes an introductory research on it.
