综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法将75例患者随机分为综合康复组、功能训练组、药物治疗组各25例,综合康复组采用药物+吞咽功能训练+吞咽治疗仪器治疗;功能训练组采用药物+吞咽功能训练治疗;药物治疗组只接受药物治疗。结果治疗21d后综合康复组与功能训练组、药物治疗组在吞咽能力方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论综合康复疗法可明显促进脑卒中后吞咽能力的恢复,值得推广。Objective： To study the effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of patients with dysphagia caused by stroke, Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into comprehensive rehabilitation group （n = 25）, the functional training group （ n = 25） and drug therapy group （ n = 25）. Drug therapy plus deglutition training combined with equipment treatment were applied in the comprehensive rehabilitation group, deglutition training plus drug therapy was given in the functional training group and simple drug therapy was given in the drug therapy group. Results ： The deglutition was better in the comprehensive rehabilitation and functional training group than that in the drug therapy group. The significant difference was found in the comparison among the three groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve the deglutition of patients with stroke and recommended to be used.
