摘 要:文章所述天然气浅冷装置在生产中存在较多的问题,主要是换热器操作不正常,换热温度不合理,经常达不到设计冷却效果,液态烃回收率低下。为解决实际生产中出现的上述问题,采用美国Invensys-SimSci公司的化工流程模拟软件Pro/Ⅱ,应用其中的严格换热器、闪蒸等模块对该换热网络进行了模拟分析。结果表明,原换热网络设计存在着一系列不合理因素。通过计算机模拟优化技术,提出流程改进和设备改造方案。实施改造后,效果明显避免了原换热器温度交叉、逆向传热问题;节省了操作费用;同时液态烃回收率净增5%左右。Natural gas shallow cooling facilities has a lot of problems in practical production, like abnormal operation of heat exchanger, unreasonable temperature for heat exchange, failure in attaining designed cooling effect, low recovery efficiency of liquefied hydrocarbon. Pro/Ⅱ, a chemical flow simulation software developed by American Invensys-SimSci Co., has been used to cope with these problems. The heat exchange and flash distillation models of the software are used to perform simulation analysis. The result shows that a series of unreasonable factors incurs in the former heat exchange network. The improved process flow and installment revamping proposal are further raised by simulating optimized technology through computer. The result shows obvious effects such as: ①the temperature intersect of former heat exchanger and reversed heat transmission are eliminated; ②the operation cost has been saved a lot; ③the recovery efficiency of liquefied hydrocarbon is increased by about 5%.
