摘 要:涂有硅油的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)薄膜复合绝缘是用于制造干式穿墙套管、电流互感器、电缆终端头等高压电器绝缘芯体的一种新型绝缘结构。首先对采用该结构的新产品在1 008 h的热负荷循环试验前后及现场试运行前后的局部放电量进行数据对比,和解剖运行4年后新产品,发现这种组合绝缘结构具有非常好的局部放电特性(特有的放电自衰特性)且耐电晕性好。其次,多个有油、无油小样品在局放起始电压、熄灭电压、自衰现象方面的实验室对比模拟试验,也证实了涂有硅油的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)薄膜复合绝缘具有较高的局部放电起始电压和熄灭电压,并具有较强的耐电晕性和鲜为人知的局放自衰特性。还对上述特性作了一些机理上的探讨。In recent ten and more years, the composite insulation of PTFE film with silicon oil emerges as a new type of insulation construction used in dry type insulation core in high voltage apparatus, such as wall bushing, current transformer and power cable terminal etc. At first, based on comparison of measured partial discharge data of the products before and after circular heating test for 1008 hours, before and after products operated infield, this paper discovers that this kind of insulation construction has very good partial discharge characteristics, that is specific partial discharge self-decay characteristics. And through dissecting products operated in electrical networks for 4 years, this paper discovers that this products also have better corona resistivity. Secondly, as a special subject, this paper carries out a series of contrast simulating experiment between the smaller samples with and without silicon oil in the laboratory. The results of experiments shows that the insulation construction of PTFE film with silicon oil has higher partial discharge inception voltage and partial discharge extinction voltage as well as stronger specific partial discharge self-decay characteristics and better corona resistivity. More over, the mechanism of above related phenomena is analyzed in this paper.
