摘　　要：目的 评价鼻内镜下射频治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后吻合口闭锁的临床效果。方法 在鼻内镜下。对12例（15眼）泪囊鼻腔吻合术后吻合口闭锁进行射频治疗。随诊1～1．5年，观察临床疗效。结果 手术成功率为100．00％。无并发症发生。结论 鼻内镜下射频治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后吻合口闭锁安全有效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect radio-frequency for the anastomotic occlusion after dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope. Methods 12 cases（15eyes） with failure of dacryocys- torhinostomy because of anastomie occlusion underwent radio-frequency treatment under nasal endoscope. The follow up time was 1-1.5 years and clinical results were observed. Results The success rate was 100%. There was no complications took place. Conclusion Radiofrequency treatment for the anastomotic occlusion after dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope is a safe and effective technique.
