摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻泪管钻切联合双耳管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法 前瞻性观察7l例慢性泪囊炎患者79眼行鼻泪管钻切联合双耳管植入的治疗效果。结果 随访3～23月，平均11个月，治愈63眼，好转9眼，有效率91．1％。结论 鼻泪管钻切联合双耳管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效可靠，创伤小，恢复快，尤其适用于年老体弱及内眼术前者。Objective To study tile effect of chronic dacrystitis treated by nasolacrimal duct bore associated with duble ears duct implantation. Methods 79 eyes from 71 patients suffered from chronic dacrystitis were observed. Results The follow-up time was 3 - 23 months （averaged 11 months） .In 79 eyes,63 were cured （79.75%） and 9 were improved（ 11.39% ）. Conclusion This method is reliable and little harmful to the body, especially suitable to the old and weak patients.
