摘  要:于1988年3月-1993年5月,在威海崮山渔业公司和文登市海水养殖一场,采集海湾扇贝,运用二点法、最小二乘法和电动计数式积温仪测积温3种方法,进行海湾扇贝生物临界温度和控温育苗来卵时间预报方法的研究。结果表明:在升温促熟中,用3种方法求出的海湾扇贝的生物学临界温度分别为T01=9.00℃,T02=6.54℃,T03=7.11℃;这些结果是实验条件精度差异的反映,T03精度较高。亲贝入地温度与促熟天数相关,用Y-A+Bt0式预报采卵时间,其中A为27.2508,B为-1.4562,a在0.01的水平上达到显著。用该式进行采卵时间预报,机理明确,精度也较高。Using Argopecten irradians as materials, studies on the forecast of theegg-collection time during seed rearing in temperature-controlled water were conducted from March 1988 to May 1993. The results indicated that during inducingof maturation by elevating the water temperature, the biological T0 values obtained by the two-point method, least square method, and electronic accumulatedtemperature counter were T01 = 9.00℃, T02=6.54℃, and T03 = 7.11℃, respectively.The differences were caused by the differences in experimental conditions. T03 is ofhigher accuracy. There was high correlation between the number of days forinducing the maturation and the initial water temperature of the pond. The egg-collected time can be exactly forecast by the equation Y(d) = A + Bt0 (℃), theA = 27. 2508, B=-1.4562; r=-0.9725. The level of significance of a is 0.01. Tocarry out the plan, the main conditions suitable for this equation are the gradientsof rising temperature and times of every gradient.
