摘　　要：建立了基于网络的焦炉管理专家系统,完成了以炼焦车间基本信息和焦炉生产实时数据的信息管理系统;焦炉四大机车精确定位、自动连锁控制和信息传输的操作管理系统,焦炉机车定位可控制在±10mm以内;焦炉自动加热优化串级控制的焦炉热工管理系统,使炼焦耗热量同期下降5%以上。The coke oven management expert system based on network has set up, the basic information and coke oven production real- time data information management system is completed; the precise positioning, automatic interlocking and control of coke oven machinery and information transfer operating management system enable that the positioning of coke oven machinery can be controlled within ~ 10ram; the coke oven healing management system controlled by coke oven automatic heating optimum cascade enables heat consumption for coke- making lower by 5% or more compared to the same period.
