摘　　要：目的:研究涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)组织中P27、Ki-67的表达及其与SACC发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测41例SACC、15例涎腺多形性腺瘤(PA)及12例正常涎腺组织(NSG)中P27、Ki-67蛋白的表达情况。结果:SACC组织中P27高表达率和标记指数(LI)均低于NSG和PA(P均<0.05),Ki67阳性率和LI均高于PA和NSG(P均<0.05)。有转移的SACC组织中P27LI低于无转移组(P<0.05);实性型SACC组织中Ki-67阳性率及LI高于腺管型(P<0.05)。SACC组织中P27与Ki67的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.384,P<0.05)。结论:P27蛋白表达的下降可能加速了细胞周期,促进了细胞增殖,参与了SACC的发生发展过程。Ki-67可用于SACC与涎腺良性肿瘤的辅助鉴别诊断。Aim： To explore the expression of P27 and Ki-67 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma （SACC） tissue. Methods： A total of 41 cases of SACC, 15 cases of pleomorphic adenoma（PA） , and 12 cases of normal salivary gland （NSG） were subjected to detect the expression of P27 and Ki-67 by immunohistochemical method. Results： The P27 high expression rate and label index（LI） in SACC were lower than those of PA and NSG, while Ki-67 positive rate and LI in SACC were higher than those of PA and NSG （P 〈 0.05 ）. P27 LI was correlated with metastasis of SACC （ P 〈 0.05） ,and there was significant difference between different pathological types of SACC in both Ki-67 positive rate and Ki-67 LI （ P 〈 0.05）. The expression of P27 was negatively correlated with that of Ki-67 in SACC （ r = - 0.384,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The reduced expression of P27 might accelerate the progress of the cell cycle and promote the carcinogenesis and proliferation of SACC. Ki-67 might be helpful to diagnose SACC and benign salivary tumor.
