摘　　要：目的研究胃结肠癌中不同组织形态区域的免疫组化表达。方法对14例胃癌和16例结肠癌用免疫组化染色检查其CEA、CA19-9、p53、c-erbB-2、K i67和TopoⅡ的表达状况。结果胃结肠癌中的不同形态区域之间在CEA、CA19-9、p53和c-erbB-2的表达无明显差异;仅黏液腺癌区域中K i67和TopoⅡ的表达高于管状腺癌的区域(P<0.05)。结论K i67、TopoⅡ在胃结肠癌组织的不同形态区域内的表达,表明了不同区域内肿瘤细胞的分化和增殖的不同,并对胃结肠癌的肿瘤患者治疗和预后起着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the immunohistochemical expression of various histomorphological area of gastric and colonic cancers. Methods The expressions of CA19-9, Ki67, p53, c-erbB-2, CEA and Topo Ⅱ were immunohistochemically examined in 14 gastric cancers and 16 colonic cancers. Results The expressions of CEA, CA19-9, p53 and c-erbB-2 were not significantly different between various morphological areas of gastric and colonic cancers, but the expressions of Ki67 and Topo Ⅱ in mucinous carcinoma area were significantly higher than those in tubular carcinoma area （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The expressions of Ki67 and TopoⅡ in different morphological areas of gastric and colonic cancer tissue may indicate differences in the differentiation and proliferation of cancer cells at different sites, and may play an important role in the treatment and prognosis of patients with gastric and colonic cancers.
