摘 要:采用半连续加料法,研究了乳化剂、保护胶体、缓冲剂及不饱和羧酸单体对乳液冻融稳定性的影响,合成出抗冻融聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液.结果表明.非离子乳化剂对乳液冻融稳定性有利;聚乙烯醇PVA1788和PVA1799复合体系乳液冻融稳定;不同种类和浓度缓冲剂对乳液冻融稳定性的影响是不同的.与羧酸单体共聚时,当60%~80%的羧基分布于粒子表面时,乳液冻融稳定性良好.该乳液冻融循环5次,-20℃冻结6个月及户外仓库放王6个月(-17℃~5℃)融化后可恢复良好漉动性,0℃时具有良好流动性,是一种性能良好的乳液胶粘剂。The freeze-thaw stable PVAc emulsion was prepared by reaction of emulsifer mixture, protective colloids PVA and buffering agents and copolymerized with MAA with semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The freeze-thaw stability of prepared emulsion was remarkably affected by the ratio of nonionic emusifer and anionic emusifer, the type of PVA, the kind and concentration of buffering agent. The distribution of carboxyl groups in latex particles has been investigated by conductometric titration. It also clarified that the freeze-thaw stability of emulsion is well when the fraction of carboxyl groups localized on the surface of the particles is 60% to 80%. The properties of emulsion have no great changes after 5 times of freeze-thaw cycle, frozen for 6 months, even frozen-thawed alternatively for 6 months out warehouse. The emulsion also exhibites good flowability at 0℃. It can be used as an excellent emulsion adhesive for porous materials.
