摘　　要：目的探讨原发性脾脏肿瘤的超声图像特征的诊断价值。方法应用频率为2～5MHz的探头对15例原发性脾脏肿瘤进行超声检查。结果15例原发性脾脏肿瘤中,血管瘤5例、淋巴管瘤5例、恶性淋巴瘤3例、血管内皮肉瘤2例。结论超声检查对原发性脾脏肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要意义。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography on primary splenic neoplasms.Methods Fifteen eases of patients with primary splenic neoplasms were retrospectively studied, and their ultrasonographic features were reviewed. Results Several characteristic features were found on the ultrasonographic images. In 15 patients with primary splenic tumors：5 cases were with angioma;5 cases were with lymphang4oma; 3 cases were with maligant lymphoma; 2 cases were with angiosarcoma. Conclusion Ultrasonography plays an important part in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of splenic tumors, especially malignant tumors.
