土贝母皂甙微囊栓塞治疗兔肾VX_2移植癌的研究

摘　　要：目的观察土贝母皂甙微囊肾动脉灌注对兔VX2移植性肾癌的治疗作用。方法复制40只兔VX2移植性肾癌模型,随机分为对照组、土贝母组、空白微囊组、土贝母皂甙微囊组。每组10只经肾动脉分别注入生理盐水3 m l、土贝母注射液0.1 mg/kg、空白微囊5.1 mg/kg、土贝母皂甙微囊5.1 mg/kg。比较各组兔的肿瘤生长情况及坏死程度和生存期。结果与其它3组比较,治疗后土贝母皂甙微囊组兔肾癌的生长受到明显抑制(体积2.42 cm3±0.24 cm3对4.93 cm3±0.86 cm3,3.2 cm3±0.28 cm3,3.14 cm3±0.25 cm3,F=48.89,P<0.001),肿瘤坏死率明显增高(88.4%±5.8%对29%±6.01%,50.6%±4.2%,46.7%±9.05%,F=43.75,P<0.001),生存时间亦明显延长(63.8 d±5.63 d对40.9 d±3.25 d,47.2 d±8.23 d,50 d±3.39 d,F=15.38,P<0.01)。结论肾动脉灌注土贝母皂甙微囊治疗兔肾VX2移植癌的效果明显优于土贝母注射液组及空白微囊组。Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of ethylcellulose microcapsules containing tubeimoside inlused via renal artery for VX2 carcinoma transplanted in rabbit kidney. Methods Forty rabbits with VX2 renal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group, tubeimoside group, blank microcapsules group and ethylcellulose microcapsules containing tubeimoside group. Each group included ten rabbits. Nomal saline （ 3 ml ） , tubeimuside （ 0.1 mg/kg ） , blank microcapsules （ 5.1 mg/kg ） and ethyleelluiose microcapsules containing tubeimoside （5.1 mg/kg ） were infused into renal artery in four groups of rabbits respectively. The survival periods and the growth of tumor volume and necrosis rates were compared in rabbits among four groups. Results Compared with other three groups, the tumor growth were significandy inhibited （2.42 cm^3±0.24 cm^3 vs4.93 cm^3±0.86 cm^3,3.2 cm^3±0.28 cm^3,3.14 cm^3 ±0.25 cm^3 F=48.89,P〈0.001）,the tumor necrosis rates were more extensive （88.4%±5.8% vs 29%±6.01% ,50.6%±4.2% ,46.7%±9.05% ,F =43.75,P 〈0.001 ） and the survival periods were also prolonged （ 63.8 d±5.63 d vs 40.9 d±3.25 d ,47.2 d±8.23 d ,50 d±3.39 d, F = 15.38, P 〈 0.01 ） in etbylccllulosc microcapsulcs containing tubcimosidc group . Conclusion The therapeutic cffecacy of ethylcclluiose microcapsules containing tubeimoside infused via renal artery for renal carcinoma is much better than that of tubeimuside or blant microcapsules in that rabbits bearing transplanted VX2 renal cacinoma.
