摘　　要：目的:评价新型含锶磷酸钙骨水泥的生物相容性和安全性,从而为其在骨缺损修复领域中的临床运用提供依据。方法:分别进行急性毒性试验、热原试验、溶血试验、短期肌肉植入试验、骨内植入试验等生物相容性试验。结果:这种含锶磷酸钙骨水泥材料无毒,无热原性,植入兔肌肉和骨内后逐渐发生降解。结论:含锶磷酸钙骨水泥材料具有良好的生物相容性。AIM ： To study the biocompatibility and safety of strontium containing calcium phosphate cement for the clinical use in the bone reconstruction. METHODS： The biocompatibility was evaluated through the experiments including acute systemic toxicity test,pyrogen test ,and short- term muscle and hone implant test. RESULTS ： All results indicated that the material had no toxicity, no irritation, and did not contain the pyrogen material. In muscle and bone implant test the material was degradated gradually. CONCLUSION： The strontium containing calcium phosphate cement possesses excellent hiocompatihility.
