摘  要:现代体育教学正从学科中心论向人本主义课程变革,传统的教育理念已难适应新的教学要求,传统的教学方法也极需丰富和发展。本文拟对体育人文教学作一探索,提出体育人文研习型教法的观点,并从太极拳入手探讨了这一教法的价值取向并对其作用和意义作了简要的归纳。Nowadays the physical culture pedagogics has a transform, transferring from the knowledge-centre theoretics to the human- civilization courses. The traditional educational theoretics does not suit for the current requirements. Therefore the traditional educational theoretics needs developing, reinforcing and enriching. In this essay, the study of the human - civilization studying style pedagogics in physical culture is discussed, and the points of view of the subject is expressed and explained. From the shadowboxing teaching part, the value tendency of the human- civilization studying style pedagogics is discussed and the significance and function of it is summarized.
