正交设计在石刁柏组织培养试验中的应用

摘　　要：运用正交试验设计对诱导石刁柏愈伤组织的生长素与激动素的比例，胚性愈伤组织的转化进行了研究．结果如下：（１）ＮＡＡ：ＢＡ为２：１（２）ＢＡ的起始量为１ｍｇ·Ｌ－１；（３）ＡｇＮＯ３和３种氨基酸（Ａｓｎ＋ＧｌｎａｎｄＰｒｏ）对诱导胚性愈伤组织无显著影响。The experiments on the ratio of auxins to cytokinins for the induction and growth of calli of Asparagus officinalis and on the transformation of embryonic calli were conducted by the orthogonal design in this study. The results indicated that the optimal factors and related levels were as follows: (a) the ratio of NAA to BA was 2: 1 ; (b)the initial amount of BA was 1mg .L-1 in MS medium;(c) AgNO3 and 3 amino acids(Asn+Gln and Pro)did not show any significant promoting effects on transformation of embryonic calli.
