摘 要:本文报道了在大豆自花授粉后,利用其形成的花粉管通道,将提取的含有早熟血缘供体大豆绥农8号的总DNA,直接导入受体大豆黑农26号中。在后代D_2代中获得3个早熟株系,熟期比受体提早15天,并迅速稳定。经异地鉴定,D90-1072品系产量比对照品种提高19.1%,于1993年进入省区试。经过对该组合的受体,供体及转化后代进行RAPD[Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA]分析,证明供体DNA片段进入受体引起后代基因组的变异。This study reports that foreign DNA was introduced into recipient Heinong 26 directly through pollen tube after self-pollination of soybean. The donor was Suinong 8 containing early maturing consanguinity. Three early maturing plant lines were obtained in D2 generation and they matured 15 days earlier than that of the recipient. The lines stabilized fast. According to the experiment results in different locations the yeild of line D90-1072 was 19.9% higher than CK and was assigned into provincial local trial in 1993. Through analysis of RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) to the recipient, donor and offspring of the combination , it was proved that fragments of donor DNA have gone into the genome of the recipient and caused variation in the offsprings.
