摘　　要：目的:建立双柏酊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对双柏酊中的大黄、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄中主要成分大黄素的含量。结果:供试品薄层色谱中,在与大黄对照药材、黄柏对照药材相应的位置上,分别显相同颜色的斑点;大黄素进样量在0.1176μg～2.3520μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为98.81%(RSD=0.45%)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于本品质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of shuangbai tincture.METHODS： The rhubarb and cortex phellodendri in shuangbai tincture were identified qualitatively by TLC.The content of emodin in this preparation was determined by HPLC,RESULTS： In the TLC of the testing samples, the corresponding positions of standard rhubarb and standard cortex phellodendri respectively showed the same color of speckles.The linear range of emodin was 0.1 176μg-2.3 520μg（ r = 0.9 994） and the average recovery was 98.81% （RSD ： 0,45% ） ,CONCLUSIONS： This method is simple, accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of shuangbai tincture.
