摘 要:目的缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)是存在于人和哺乳动物细胞内的缺氧应答调节因子,对缺氧环境下维持肿瘤细胞能量代谢、新血管形成及转移过程起重要作用。本研究旨在探讨食管鳞癌组织中HIF-1α的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理特征之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法分别检测50例不同期别食管鳞癌和50例正常食管上皮组织中HIF-1α的表达,比较食管癌和正常食管上皮及不同类型、期别食管鳞癌中HIF-1α的表达差异。结果食管鳞癌组织中HIF-1α的表达较正常食管上皮组织显著增加(P<0.01),且HIF-1α的表达与食管癌组织分级、淋巴结转移和TNM分期呈正相关,而与淋巴细胞反应呈负相关。结论HIF-1α与食管鳞癌的发生、侵袭和转移密切相关;HIF-1α可作为判定食管鳞癌临床病理特征的重要指标。Objective Hypoxia-induclble factor(HIF)-1α is a transeriptive factor that regulates genes involved in metabolism, angiogenesis and metastasis. This study was deslgned to investigate the relationship between the expression of HIF-1α in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and normal esophageal mueosal epithelium and the elinlcopathologlcal features of ESCC. Methods By using immunohistochemlcal method, the expression of HIF-1α in 50 samples of ESCC and 50 normal esophageal mucosal epithella,and their diversity to the clinicopathological characteristics of ESCC were analyzed. Results The expression of HIF-1α in ESCC was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal mucosal epithelia( P 〈 0.01 ) .The expressions of HIF-1α were positively correlated with the differentiation of tumor cells, lymph node metastasis and TNM classification of ESCC. Conclusions HIF-1α is closely related with oncogenesis, infiltration and metastasis of ESCC. The overexpression of HIF-1α can be used as an important predictor for evaluating the biological features of ESCC.
