陕西省扶风县人民医院1995—2004年265例食管癌和贲门癌病例分析

摘　　要：目的动态观察陕西省扶风县人民医院食管癌和贲门癌就诊患者的临床特征，加深对该地区发病情况的了解。方法严格记录扶风县人民医院10年间（1995--2004年）食管癌和贲门癌患者门诊和住院治疗记录，逐年分析就诊患者的人数、性别、年龄、职业、地区分布、治疗情况等。结果10年间该医院共收治各类恶性肿瘤1439例，其中食管癌和贲门癌共265例。占全部恶性肿瘤总数的18％；1995--2004年每年确诊的食管癌和贲门癌患者人数无明显变化。食管癌和贲门癌患者中男性明显多于女性，尤以贲门癌更明显（男：女，6．3：1）；高发年龄段为60～70岁之间；患者以农民居多，占93％，94％；住院例数占全部食管癌和贲门癌例数的16％，手术例数仅占8％。结论扶风县人民医院10年间每年收诊的食管癌和贲门癌患者人数无明显差异，食管癌和贲门癌是扶风地区最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，男性明显高于女性，贲门癌更为显著。Objectlve To characterize the clinical prevalence of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （SCC） and gastric cardia adenocarcinoma （ GCA）, from Fufeng People＇ s Hospital in Shanxi province. Methods To strictly record the clinical data of the patients with SCC and GCA enrolled in Fufeng people＇s hospital about 10 years （1995--2004） and to analyze the distributions of these patients by sex, age, occupation, areas and diagnosed time. Results There were 1439 cases with all kinds of malignant diseases enrolled in this hospital about 10 years, including 265 cases with SCC and GCA that accounted for 18% of whole malignancy. The numbers of SCC and GCA patients diagnosed each year were similar in this hospital. The prevalence of SCC and GCA in males was significantly higher than that in females, especially in GCA （ male ： female, 6.3 ： 1 ）. SCC and GCA occurred more frequently in the age group from 60 to 70. The common occupations for the patients with SCC and GCA were peasants, accounted for 93% - 94% of all the patients. The inpatients accounted for 16% of all the SCC and GCA cases. Only 8% of the SCC and GCA patients underwent surgical treatment. Conclusion The numbers of SCC and GCA patients enrolled each year about the 10 years in Fufeng People＇s Hospital were similar, SCC and GCA remained one of the most common malignant diseases in this area, with a lighter frequency in males than that in females.
