摘　　要：本文首先简要介绍了被叫集中付费业务(800业务)的概念和国外使用情况,然后在分析了我国发展800业务市场前景的基础上,描述了我国800业务特征、编号设想和实施方案。Following the description of the 800 service concept and worldwide applications, the features, numbering plan and implementation schemes of the 800 service for China are presented based on the analysis of the Chinese domestic service market prospects.
