摘  要:目的了解热压成型模板在眶部种植术前应用计算机体层摄影(CT)扫描及图像分析中的指导效果。方法利用热压成型机对薄塑胶板加热、真空加压,按时钟方式制作成带标记孔的CT模板。将该模板佩戴入12具干颅标本和4例眶部缺失的患者,通过常规眶部CT扫描和CT工作站AdvancedWorkstation(AW)4.0图像分析,观察眶部受植区骨量和骨解剖结构。结果带标记点的放射模板准确地定位了眶部受植区的骨结构,能够方便的测量受植区的骨量。结论热压成型CT模板可以精确分析眶部受植区骨量和骨结构,在眶部种植术前分析受植区骨量时值得推广应用。[Objective] To analyze the effect of the vacuum - formed template as a guide for CT image process before orbital implant surgery. [Methods] The plastic template was fabricated with the vacuum-formed machine by means of heating and vacuum compression. Twelve holes were drilled as a clock and filled radio-opaque gutta pertscha as markers. Twelve skull specimens and 4 orbital defect patients with template were scanned by Spiral CT. The images were analyzed by the AW 4.0 CT workstation to get the information of quantity and structure of the orbital rim. [Result] Images with the marked template extracted from spiral CT scans were reliable and accurate to located the orbital structure, and could be used to measure the bony quantity for orbital implant surgery. [Conclusion] Orbital template technology can well evaluate the structure and bony quantity for orbital implant. It may be applied in clinic in the future.
