摘　　要：星形细胞瘤是来源于星形细胞或星形前体细胞的中枢神经系统肿瘤,约占所有颅内原发性肿瘤的 45%。为了更好的治疗此类疾病,人们试图构建各种基因工程小鼠,建立小鼠星形细胞瘤的模型,以便于更好的研究肿瘤的发病机制和验证新的治疗方法。本文对基因工程小鼠星形细胞瘤模型的研究进展作一综述。Astrocytoma is the most common type among primary tumors in central nervous system with rapid growth,high mortality and poor prognosis, and it comprise 45% of all human brain tumors. It is vital to eastablish spontaneous astrocytoma model in order to study the mechanism and carry out new treatments research. The recent progress in animal models of spontaneous astrocytoma is reviewed in this article.
