摘　　要：叙述了多功能话务台软、硬件的设计及其使用方法，通过键盘键入进行来话转接、去话转接、网内接续处理，并在此基础上进行了实时计费及日累计、月累计，其准确率为９９．９９％．同时可方便地实现电脑话务员功能．该多功能话务台的通用性、可移植性强，具有很好的发展前景。On the hardware and software features of a multi--functional operator console system is presented, the routine operation procedures are described. The operator can handle the incoming call, outgoing call and internal call through the keyboard operations. The system can provide real-time billing, daily billing and monthly billing accumlating calculations. The computer operator function can be achieved very easily by making further development. The system has the characteristics of universal and transportable, and it will have a promising application prospect due to the popularity of the microcomputers.
