摘  要:分别以季戊四醇酯和菜籽油为基础油,以硫烯(T321)为添加剂,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上实验了润滑剂的摩擦学特性实验,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了磨痕形貌,用能谱仪分析了油膜成分,结果表明季戊四醇酯对硫烯(T321)的感受性比菜籽油好,且在季戊四醇酯的油膜中硫元素的含量远远高于菜籽油。在小剂量添加时,季戊四醇酯润滑性能好;大添加量时,则是菜籽油润滑性能好。The friction behavior, which the pentaerythritol and the rapeseed oil were used for the base oils, and the T321 for the additive, was investigated with the four ball test machine. The scars were observed with the electron microscope and the elements in the film were analyzed with SEDS. The results had shown that the sensitivity of the pentaerythitol to T321 is more better than the rapeseed. And, in the film, the sulfur' s content of pentaerythritol is more than the rapeseed. With small dosage of T321, the penearythritol is better. And the large, therapeseed is better.
