正畸治疗过程中龈沟液内细菌变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用直丝弓技术正畸过程中龈沟液细菌的变化。方法:采集正畸过程中的龈沟液进行厌氧菌培养。结果:矫治初两个月,牙龈卟啉单胞菌、伴放线放线杆菌和核梭杆菌的检出率明显升高,随治疗的进行,3种细菌培养的阳性率水平显著降低。结论:上述3种细菌可能是正畸中引起牙龈炎性反应的主要致病菌。Objective： To explore the changes of bacteria in crevicular fluid during orthodontic treatment. Method： The crevicular fluids were cultured in anaerobic condition. Results： The gingivitis index was increased obviously and the percentages of Pg, Aa, Fn were increased correspondingly in the first two months of orthodontic treatment, whereas they were remarkbly reduced in the following treatment, which was close related with the improvement of oral hygiene. Conclusion： The three species of bacteria may be the main pathogens causing periodontal disease in patients with orthodontic treatment.
