摘  要:目的:观察凹透镜和凸透镜对豚鼠眼球生长和屈光变化的影响,建立透镜诱导型屈光不正动物模型。方法:3~4周龄有色豚鼠47只,随机分成7组,右眼分别戴不同度数的凸或凹透镜,其左眼作为对照眼,戴镜前和戴镜后第11天分别测量其眼轴长度、屈光度,观察其变化。结果:戴镜后第11天与戴镜前相比,戴+4.00D、+8.00D组的豚鼠眼分别增加了+1.46D与+1.58D的相对远视(P〈0.05);戴-4.00D、-8.00D、-15.00D组的豚鼠分别增加了-2.92D、-3.17D、-3.10D的相对近视(P〈0.01);而戴0.00D、-2.00D组的豚鼠的屈光度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。7组豚鼠的眼轴长度在实验眼和对照眼之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:豚鼠眼球生长发育受透镜影响,可被用来建立一种简单经济的屈光不正动物模型。Objective: To observe the effect of concave and convex on growing and the refrac, tive developing of guinea pig eyes and to establish lens-induced animal model of myopia or hyperopia. Methods: Forty-seven 3- 4-week guinea pigs were randomly divided into 7 groups, who wore different degrees concave or convex spherical lens- es on their right eyes and none on the left eyes as control. The axial length and refraction were measured before and 11 days after wearing lenses. Results: On the 11 th day after wearing lenses, the lens-wearing eyes of group + 4.00D and + 8.00D became hyperopic (on average + 1.46D, and + 1.58D, respectively ) ( P 〈 0.05), whereas of group - 4.00D, - 8.00D, and - 15.00D became myopic (on average - 2.92D, - 3.17D, and - 3.10D, respectively ) ( P 〈 0.01 ), and of group 0.00D and - 2.00D had not significantly changed ( P 〉 0.05). There was no significautly different in axial length among all 7 groups( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Guinea pig eyes can be influenced by lens, suggesting it can be used as a simple economic mammal model in myopia or hyperopia study.
