摘　　要：目的：对多苞裂萼苔Chiloscyphus polyanthus（L.）Cord乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究，从中寻找生物活性成分．方法：采用柱色谱方法分离化合物，通过渡谱方法确定其结构。结果：从其乙醇提取物中分离得到3个倍半萜类化合物，分别是（＋）-桉烷-3-烯-6β，7α-二醇（1）、（＋）-桉烷-4-烯-1β，3α，6β-三醇（2）和（＋）-桉烷-4（14）-烯-3α，7α，11-三醇（3），还得到尿嘧啶脱氧核苷（4）、二十五烷酸单甘油酯（5）、胡萝卜苷（6）．结论：化合物2～5均为首次从该植物中分离得到．AIM： In order to find out the bioactive compounds from Chiloscyphus polyanthus. METHOD： The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULT： Six compounds were obtained and the structures were identified as （ ＋ ）-eudesm-3-ene-6β,7α-diol （1）, （ ＋ ）- eudesm-4-ene-1β,3α,6β-triol （2）, （ ＋ ）-eudesm-4（ 14）-ene-3α,7α, 11-triol （3）, 1-（2-deoxy-β-O-Ribofuranosyl）uracil （4）, glycerol-α- pentacosanoate （5）, daucosterol （6）. CONCLUSION： Compounds 2 - 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
