摘 要:目的:考察不同促渗剂对补骨脂素体外透皮吸收的影响,为开发补骨脂素外用制剂提供依据。方法:采用Valia-Chien扩散池考察了共轭亚油酸(CLA)、冰片、薄荷醇、氮酮和甘油等促渗剂对补骨脂素经离体裸鼠皮渗透性的影响。结果:薄荷醇、氮酮和CLA分别使补骨脂素的单位面积累积透过量提高2.9,5.0和6.3倍;同时也使药物在皮肤中的滞留量分别增加了1.1,5.7和3.4倍;CLA使时滞缩短至对照组的1/5。结论:CLA提高了补骨脂素的透过量和皮肤内滞留量,并大大缩短了时滞,可能是一种优良的促渗剂。AIM: To study the effects of different penetration enhancers on the in vitro percutaneous penetration characteristics of psoralen across nude mouse skin. METHOD: Valia-Chien diffusion cells were adopted. RESULT: The enhancers including conjugated linoleic acid(CLA), menthol and azone were able to increase the accumulative penetration amount of psoralen by 2.9, 5,0, and 6.3 times, and the retention amount within the skin by 1.1, 5.7, and 3.4 times, respectively compared with the control group. The time lag was reduced to 1/5 by CLA, CONCLUSION: CLA enhanced the penetration and the retention of psoralen, and reduced the time lag effectively, and it might be an excellent penetration enhancer.
