摘　　要：本文归纳了亚低温疗法的几种常见降温方法,从其适用的病人、降温的时间、对温度的控制等方面进行了比较；并详细的总结了基于热交换导管的血管内亚低温疗法,它的临床应用及其成果,最后指出了亚低温疗法仍存在的问题。This paper summarizes the common methods of mild hvpothermia ,and compares the methods from applicable patients, time needs for inducing hypothermia, control on temperature and so on .In this article, the clinical applications and outcomes of endovascular mild hypothermia with heat exchange catheters are also recounted. At last, the paper concludes the existent questions which need to be answered in the future.
