摘  要:将小波变换应用于油气悬架信号的提取。建立了带有油气悬架的1/4车辆系统动态模型,把B级路面仿真作为系统的输入,得到了非簧载质量加速度曲线和油气悬架输出力曲线,通过小波的分解与重构有效地去除了噪声信号,提取出非簧载质量加速度和油气悬架输出力信号,为油气悬架系统设计提供了理论依据。Wavelet transform was applied in vibration signal extraction of hydro pneumatic suspension. A model of 1/4 vehicle was established, B grade road model was input to the system. Acceleration curve of under spring mass and output force curve of hydro pneumatic suspension was gained. Noise signal of under spring mass acceleration and output force of hydro-pneumatic suspension was filtrated by wavelet decomposition. Acceleration signal of under spring mass and output force curve signal of hydro-pneumatic suspension was extracted by. wavelet reconstruction. It provides an effective method for signal extraction for hydro-pneumatic suspension of engineering vehicle and theoretical foundation for the design of hydro-pneumatic suspension system.
