摘　　要：针对国家创新体系各单元态势的要求,将国家创新体系核心主体作为态势分析的对象,从国家整体、创新单元和创新领域三个层面入手,分别对其创新制度、创新系统规模与结构、创新产出、创新效率以及单元内部或单元之间的互动关系等方面进行分析,其中重点在于定量的产出分析和互动分析中方法与指标的设计。Taking the core subject of national innovation system as the object, this paper analyzes the size and structure of innovation system, innovation output and innovation efficiency. The paper also analyzes the interaction relationship among the units from the aspects of the whole nation, innovation units and innovation domain, by putting an emphasis on the output analysis and the design of analytical methods and targets.
