摘　　要：通过一组数据,从网络安全、网络知识产权保护、网络犯罪三个角度指出我国网络信息安全存在的突出问题。从网络信息安全立法的角度分析问题存在的原因,并结合国外在网络信息安全立法方面的成果和经验,对我国网络信息安全立法提出三点建议。Based on a group of data, this paper discusses the problems existed in the network information security in our country in terms of the neetwork security, the intellectual property protection in network and the network crime. Then the article analyzes the problem from the aspect of the network information legislation. With a comparison of the overseas network information legislation, the paper also puts forward three proposals for the development of the legislation in China.
