摘　　要：联盟成功与否与联盟之前对联盟伙伴的选择密切相关,同时也受到联盟建立之后管理水平的影响。基于此,提出了一个战略联盟伙伴的动态管理模型,并阐述了运用该模型对联盟伙伴进行动态、有效管理的全过程。Strategic alliance is a collaborative organization which has been extensively used by corporations in recent years. Successful alliances can bring about a great return,but it also has a high failure rate. Therefore, the success of the strategic alliance is closely related with alliance partner selection before the establishment strategic alliance, .At the same time,it is also affected by the management level after the establishment strategic alliance. This paper puts forward a dynamic management model for strategic alliance partners and illustrates the process of managing alliance partners effectively and dynamically by using the model.
