摘　　要：冷战结束后,法国对其核战略作了重大调整,主张建立刚好够用的核威慑力量,强调对地区武力威胁尤其是“无赖国家”进行威慑。同时,法国也希望用其核威慑在欧洲防务与安全事务中发挥重要作用。法国的核战略,遇到许多挑战,其有效性面临着进一步考验。France has made marked adjust ment of its nuclear strategy since the end of the Cold War.France claims that its nuclear deterrence force should be appropriately sufficient,and stresses that it shonld be used to deter regional military threats,especially threats from 'rogue countries'.France also wants to play important roles in European defense and security by its nuclear forces,but it is faced with many challenges which test the effectiveness of its nuclear strategy.
