摘　　要：目的本文研究了以乙醛和硫酸羟胺为主要原料合成乙醛肟,并以乙醛肟为原料合成甲硫基乙醛肟的工艺。方法对影响合成收率和产品纯度的原料配比、加料方式、反应温度、反应时间、pH值等相关因素进行了详细的分析研究,找出最佳合成条件,优化操作参数。结果及结论实验证明本工艺安全可靠、收率稳定、产品质量好、经济效益高,使产品甲硫基乙醛肟的收率和质量都有相应的提高。OBJECTIVE Acetaldoxime was prepared by using acetaldehyde and hydroxylamine sulfate as main materials then methyhhio acetaldoximc was synthesized by using the former products as main material. METHODS Various factors influencing the production ratio such as material proportion, reaction temperature, reaction time were studied in trials. The best synthesis conditions were built up. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The results were proved that this synthesis technique was safe and reliable, and it can give a stable ratio,high quality products and good profits,meanwhile the yield and quality of methylthio aeetaldoxime were improved.
